I am Kat and I created this space.

I am an independent researcher and I build community learning centers on my free time. I am taking up my Master in Technology Management at UP Diliman. I mostly work with government agencies and development organizations.

Hi, welcome to my website. I started this site last year because pieces of my written works have been uploaded in different sites online. I am a researcher and a postgrad student and I have been accumulating and producing a lot of data over the years. Instead of letting those researches residing and rotting in my computer or diffused in different sites, I thought it would be more useful to consolidate it in one place.

I believe in the enabling power of information. I also know how costly quality information could be. So I share freely the stuff that I could. Some of my works are bound by Non-Disclosure Agreements. Aside from those, I am uploading what I can.
